Stroller Strides »

MOM AND ME CLASSES:

Stroller Strides® is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. Taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors, it is a great workout for any level of exerciser. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and engage baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as mom.

Stroller Barre »

Mommy and Me fitness classes are similar to Stroller Strides except it blends ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength, muscle tone and improve posture. This class is more low impact yet high intensity. Perfect for the newly postpartum mom!

Body Back »

MOMS ONLY:

Are you at least 5 months postpartum and ready to take your health and fitness to the next level? Our specially trained coaches will take you on a journey to reach your fullest potential. Our meal plans, accountability and assessments are proven by university backed studies to shed fat, increase strength and endurance, tone muscle and improve energy. Our coaches will help you meet your specific fitness goals in a supportive and inspiring environment. In just 8-weeks, you will be amazed at your personal transformation of mind, body and spirit. Body Back is a results-based workout designed specifically for moms. Whether they just had a baby or had a baby twenty years ago, it will help any mom get her body back. Most importantly, it will help moms unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment.

Body Back Transformation is an 8-week, results-based, high-intensity workout and nutrition program designed by and for moms. The workouts offer high-intensity, interval formats that give clients a total-body workout

Experience High -Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) total-body workouts that challenge even the elite athlete. Our safe and effective workouts address the body of the postnatal woman, whether she had her baby six months ago or 20 years ago.

This pass is valid for at any Body Back® Boost Drop-In Location. This pass is intended for clients that are not enrolled in Body Back Transformation.

Body Back® Virtual Coaching nutrition challenge is a 4 week add-on to your exercise routine. In this session, you will receive individualized nutrition coaching, group support from other participants, ideas for new recipes and lots of support from your instructor. This is individualized coaching in addition to your 2 or 3 days a week of Exercise classes.

Your Nutrition Program includes...

  • Weekly Personal Food Journal Review by your coach
  • Lots of recipes to choose from to accommodate any diet restrictions
  • Group support from others enrolled in the Nutrition Program
  • Before and after measurements (optional)

If you’ve ever dreamed of making it through the finish line...But don’t know how to get started, this program is for you.

Designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert, we are a baby & stroller-friendly running group. You'll learn about the fundamentals of running, such as running gear, form, injury prevention, pace, etc.

We are offering a 10K Running Program. New Training Starts 6/24 to run in the 9/9 Eureka Run for Sight (race registration fee not included in this program)

    What's included?

  • Personalized 12 week 10K Training plan & schedule made just for you!
  • Weekly Group Run each Wednesday evening at 6:15pm Central Park
  • Saturday morning Group runs 7:30am at various locations around West County
  • Weekly informational emails to help you be a better runner
  • Socializing and accountability to master this personal challenge!!
