Want an outdoor bootcamp class for women? Experience High Intensity Interval Training total body workouts that challenge even the elite athlete. Our safe and effective workouts address the body of the postnatal woman, whether she had her baby six months ago or 20 years ago. This is for women who are not pregnant and want to workout without their kids in tow.

FIT4MOM offers the country's only stroller-based barre class! Stroller Barre® is a unique Mommy-and-Me activity! Stroller Barre® focuses on strengthening and creating an ideal length/tension relationship in all the postural muscles, creating a taller, leaner-looking mommy! Stroller Barre® classes are included in all FIT4MOM® membership options.

If you’ve ever dreamed of making it through the finish line...But don’t know how to get started, this program is for you. Designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert, we are a baby & stroller-friendly running group. You'll learn about the fundamentals of running, such as running gear, form, injury prevention, pace, etc.
