Stroller Strides and Body Back Stroller Class »

MOM AND ME CLASSES:

Stroller Strides® is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. Taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors, it is a great workout for any level of exerciser. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and engage baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as mom.

Body Back Stroller Class is a way to get your high intensity workout while having your stroller! See Body Back details below.

Stroller Barre »

Mommy and Me fitness classes are similar to Stroller Strides except it blends ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength, muscle tone and improve posture. This class is more low impact yet high intensity. Perfect for the newly postpartum mom! Barre is only offered on Tuesdays 9:30am in Chesterfield.

Run Club »

STROLLER FRIENDLY:

A stroller-friendly running group designed for any level of runner. Our next session will start April 2018!

A special Tuesday night Track workout will start 4/4-5/29 7pm. Only $5/workout. (click on date of interest and ENROLL button will pop up. Click ENROLL and sign in to account to complete enrollment.)

MOMS ONLY: FIRST CLASS FREE!

Are you at least 6 months postpartum and ready to take your health and fitness to the next level? Our specially trained coaches will take you on a journey to reach your fullest potential. Our meal plans, accountability and assessments are proven by university backed studies to shed fat, increase strength and endurance, tone muscle and improve energy. Our coaches will help you meet your specific fitness goals in a supportive and inspiring environment. In just 4 or 8-weeks, you will be amazed at your personal transformation of mind, body and spirit. Body Back is a results-based workout designed specifically for moms. Whether they just had a baby or had a baby twenty years ago, it will help any mom get her body back. Most importantly, it will help moms unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment.

8 Week Session is Wednesday 9:30a/Thursdays 7p 4/3-5/24

MOMS ONLY:

Fit4Baby® is a prenatal fitness program that teaches women how to exercise safely and effectively throughout their pregnancy. Classes start back April 2018!
